I would visit a dermatologist in order to get some prescription strength cream.  These creams really help.  Good luck.

i got a few tip here for ya good luck !! x

1) close your eyes and cover eyelids with slice of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 mins. wash with warm water genlty.

2) apply a paste of turmeric powder mixted with pineapple juiee under the eyes.

3) almond helps remove dark circles and is en excellent '' skin food.'' apply alomand oil under eyes.

4) rub the area with a powder vitamin e capsule and wipe off with a mixture of honey and egg white.

The best way to get rid of any kind of bags is to take a trip on any major airlines...   :)
