Trouble Sleeping all Night

Try Melatonine a couple of hours before planning on going to bed. It helps you get your sleeping patterns in order.

If you're simply sleeping only 4 hours a night, consider yourself lucky and fill your time with useful pursuits. 

Are you drinking caffeine/eating too much sugar in the afternoon. That can definitely disrupt your sleeping patterns. Also, if you're stressed out about something its tough to completely relax and fall into a deep sleep. You might try going home and journalling, writing out everything you're concerned about and then coming up with ways to solve/attack those problems. If you try modifying your diet and de-stressing and that still doesn't work check with your doctor..its always good to be on the cautious side if you're concerned about something. Check with physician to see if you have diabetes or sleep apnea (do you snore?).  Also, if your leg(s) move a lot when in bed, that is likely 'restless leg syndrome'. All of these can be treated with medication and apnea with a CPAP or BiPAP machine.  Also go to bed at about the same time each night - same with wake up time.  Do not eat late at night and avoid caffeine or other stimulants after dinner.
