Is the Gabriel Method of dieting based mainly on the mind set about craving food and contentment? Can our thoughts control our biological or physiological needs?
I am not sure about the gabreil method of dieting, but it is said that our thoughts can control our activities. So it is adviced to practise meditation while you are on diet.
