You can consider taking oral anti-fungal medications, as a medical doctor myself, there are  specific oral meds for the particular nail fungi infecting you but consult  your physician first, as there are adverse reactions too when taking these. There are laser treatments if you could afford them, they are effective too. And of course, there are a lot of the natural remedies that work as effectively.
