Is it true that you can get a nasty burn by answering or speaking on a cell phone that is plugged into a wall outlet being charged?

probably not. the cell phone charger only generate about 6 volts. only people with very sensitive skin might be able to feel a very slight tingle. there is speculation that using the cell phone could cause brain damage. there are arguments on both sides.

no you can not, unless you have some open wires. Electricity have to beable to reach you and if all wires are protected then it can not happen
