Will Castor Oil work for eczema? I ask because it is very thick and it's suppossed to be a natural humectant to draw in moisture so I wonder if it would help keeping the skin moist.
Eczema is a general term for many types of skin inflammation, also known as dermatitis. The most common form of eczema is atopic dermatitis (some people use these two terms interchangeably). However, there are many different forms of eczema.
castor oil does help with eczema but not for a long term.Instead you can try an alternative eczema treatment that will help you cure your eczema in as little as 10 days.

Sharon, I've actually never heard of using castor oil on eczema. I'm skeptical about the articles I read on Article Alley because they are not always written by professionals in the field. I'm more inclined to think that aloe vera or shea butter would keep the skin moist.
