swollen veins forehand, wrist. cant sleep because of pain. started just last night. placed mint patches. maybe because i washed my hands after physical work using hands.

You may have some kind of overuse syndrome. Elevate your arm as much as possible to facilitate venous return, and wear a wrist brace to work.
