i have kidney & vagina infection having lower back pain & pain in knees when i wake up i feel pain in my heel i can not put my feet on earth properly some times my pulse runs very fast its go to 128bpm sometime i feel pain in the mid of my chest

Since your kidneys are located on the right and left side of the spine just above your hips pain from your kidneys will be in your lower back area.
