for the past few months i am having a problem. it seems to me that i have suddenly lost all interest in opposite sex. feel like i have gone impotent. adding insult to injury is that im always depressed and lost due to this feeling. this happened suddenly and i cant find a gradula decline in my libido (means no physical causes involved probably). in the start of this year i went through a great emotional disastor, i was cheated by the girl i loved. then in february i had sex with another girl and felt that i had no interest in sex that day. probably this shock has made some bad impact. please tell me how to come out of it

I think that you might just be in a bit of a decline from what happened with your ex girlfriend. Sometimes things can affect our bodies in ways that we would never think. There are two things that could happen for you. The first is that you might just need time and eventually things will start to happen for you again. Or maybe you just need to meet the right person to help you break this. Don't worry yourself too much. I'm sure that it's nothing long term. I'm really sorry about what happened with your ex though. Just think positive Smile .

I call your attention to the symptom that I italicized. Be sure to deal with physical and spiritual issues, too.
