If it is possible to prevent stress, I sure would like to know how it’s done. My life may depend on it.
Stress is inevitable. The key is learning how to deal with it.
as what Lido have said yes its inevitable we cannot avoid stress what we can only do is control our selves control what we do control what we feel. If we master this you will absolutely have control over your stress.
Chronic stress, or the tension from it, is a habit . . . a physical habit. What we need to realize is that the mind and the body are one. It has been scientifically proven that each continually affects the other.
It is important to understand that stress is the way you manage the relationship between you and the environment. That is, stress comes from within you. It may be fostered and aggravated by environmental factors, but even when they have been removed, you may find the tension just hanging on. That is because stress is a physical reaction that changes the way your body functions, literally down to the very individual cells.
For that reason, trying to use the conscious mind to "fight off" stress and "change" the way you feel does not work. It does not work because your subconscious mind is what drives your feelings, and it does not depend on what your conscious mind tries to say to it.
You need to tap your subconscious mind and get it to believing what you want. That, however, is easier said than done if you do not know how to go about it. I am in the process of constructing a site titled "Conquer Stress Today"--well, I'll give the URL: http://www.ConquertSressToday.info. If you want, you can go there and get a free CD sent to you (except for a small S&H) that will help to explain it. Just forgive me for the partially constructed site. :)
Hope that helps. Make it a good day, okay?
