I don't want to hear what doctors say, they think anything out of the mainstream is bunk. But I am curious if anyone has used this exact cleanse, and what they thought of it. I understand that there is debate about cleaning the colon, but it sounds like the cleanse part helps your whole body. Thoughts?

 Colon cleansing can be very efective in removing poisons from the body.  There are many books available on the subject. And you're right about doctors and their beliefs.  Doctors are trained in sickness and disease, not health or how to attain it.
