Everything in moderation. If you are a normal, healthy adult a good cup of coffee is no problem. Drink 15 cups a day and everything will flutter. Caffene is a stimulant, it will raise your heart rate and blood pressure.  That's why people drink it in the morning to get going. You are unique and your body will respond differently from everybody else. I weigh over 200 pounds and have been drinking coffee for decades. It takes two cups to get me going. My wife only needs one. Be smart, if you have a heart condition be careful. and get good coffee, none of that cheap stuff.
