Both contains germs, no one can tell which has more germ unless we use a microscope.

According to this study the answer is: there are more germs in a hands-free faucet. However, make sure you read all the details of this study, before you call your plumber.

If you have a "True Hands Free", and it's cleaned proper it should be as good as it gets, also will cost..
