epithelial hyperplasia and hyperkeratosis

I had an emergency biopsy of the right lateral tongue.  The microscopic diagnosis was epithelial hyperplasia and hyperkeratosis along with nonspecific acute and chronic mucositis.  I have no idea of what the pathologist wrote.  Please help me to understand what I should do.  Thanks, Rose A.
