I don't know about the popcorn diet, but

hoodia gordonii works pretty good. If you decide to try it, make sure you buy the real thing as there are many varieties of it. Here are some tips on what to look for in real hoodia.

If it is the honey and popcorn diet - you may lose weight, you may not... all depends on the way you do it.

Yea i think it does.  Dont worry about the health issue...Most cultures in latina america, all they eat is corn and they are fine..make sure its the natural popcorn and not to use too much salt..work out too :)

No, it doesn't - don't waste your time.  Eating right and exercising are the only "secrets" out there...

Eat a balance diet and exercise.  Popcorn has fiber but that's about it.
