You don't need a lot of money to be healthy. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and lean meats and do a lot of exercise. It's as simple as that!

Eat well, sleep well, exercise, do not smoke, drink, or use drugs, pay attention to emotional and spiritual issues, and adopt a vow of poverty, such as a Benedictine monk would.
