Recently, coffee is becoming more and more known for the positive effects it brings to the body...but I'm sure coffee is not for everyone. This made me ask: Should coffee be cut out from pregnant women's diet? What is the allowable amount of caffeine for a woman who is carrying a child?

Coffee is a healthful part of a persons diet and the medical community is showing more and more research to prove it.

Coffee is the best refresher and release your stress so it is good to have a cup of coffee. My favorite place is Barista, coffee is brewed by using Italian method serves diverse range of coffees.

Coffee is a drink that comes from the fresh ground gourmet coffee. This includes ingredients that work as a diet supplement. Studies have proved that you can achieve a decent amount of weight loss with some extra caffeine in your diet and  pregnant woman asking  a doctor. coffee is good drink .

Going along with what caity has said, cutting caffeinated beverages out of the diet would be a better plan if one wishes to adhere to the no caffeine rule. A 12 oz. coke has about 50 mg of caffeine in it, as I recall.

The ACOG released a statement back in 2010 that said there was no reason to cut caffeine out of the diet. Many doctors and pregnant women had fears that caffeine would increase the risk for miscarriage or preterm birth. It's reccomended that ingest no more than 200 milligrams of caffeine a day. Keep in mind that different brews have different caffeine contents. Another factor to consider is all the other caffeine you might be ingesting during the day through, teas, sodas, chocolate, etc. For many people it will be easier to cut coffee out of the diet than calculate daily milligrams of caffeine.
