Go see your doctor and he will probably refer you to a foot specialist. There are things they can do to help fix this problem.

Soak your feet nightly with saltz and go see a foot doctor.  Ouch!  Enough is enough!

Are you sure it's not a form of arthritis? I would definitly have the doctor look at your other hand and your feet, to see what can be done. I know that surgery isn't fun, but if you can be out of pain, it sounds like a good plan.

That is a possibility, but you need to have a physician look at your feet and possibly have some x-rays done before a real diagnose can be made. Best wishes
