When I awaken my blood pressure can very from 126/63 the highest reading was 137/60 , does this put me at stroke or other heart problems, in the daytime my blood pressure is very good. I have been on a blood pressure medication for about 11 years and have recently lost weight and find my blood pressure is much  lower now. I am just concerned about the reading when I wake up being in the 130's. Any informaion you could provide me would be greatly appreciated. My doctor does not seem to think I have a problem.I am 64 years old and walk 4 1/2 miles a day.
