Discuss Dr. Kelly's answer to: What vitamins should be taken with ACAI Berry

Acai berry is not a medication or even a recognized nutritional supplement.  I have serious doubt that it serves any function other than to make a con artist rich.

If you eat the proper balanced diet, you will not need ANY supplements.  If you must insist on a supplement, any ordinary FDA-approved multivitamin will suffice.

Some studies show that acai fruit pulp has a very high antioxidant capacity with even more antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or blueberry. Studies are ongoing, though, and the jury is still out.

People eat acai berries to address various health conditions. But so far, acai berries have no known health benefit that’s any different than that of other similar fruits.  Note that the juice you get in your local health food store is devoid of the pulp that contains all the antioxidants.  The juice would therefore be of no benefit.

Have you checked your medical benefits since Obamacare?
