I have been taking a product called Liqui Doss ...

I have been taking a product called Liqui Doss made by Ferndale Labatories, for more than 15 years.  This product is no longer being made and the only substitution is mineral oil, which does not work.  It seems that Liqui Doss is an emulisification of mineral oil.  What can I do?
