I would check out blogs. Some of them are very helpful. One I like is called Nursing Homes Elderly, but it is focused on actaul care for seniors.  http://cnaonlinetrainingclass.com/ is a site focused on the CNA training you were asking about. 

It really depends on where you live.  In some areas there are quiet a few nursing homes that offer CNA training but in other areas about the online place you can get it is a community college or vocational school.
