I was trying to buy Iodine for health reasons, of coarse the FDA has restrictions for purchasing Iodine because they claim people use it for making bombs, I am not sure if this is the reason, or if the FDA is restricting it to prevent us from getting the proper, vitamins minerals and nutrients, for good health.
Regular Iodine you can only purchase in 2 oz bottles of 2% Iodine, that is not nearly enough for proper thyroid health.
I can get 16 oz of this supposedly Ionic Iodine, which they claim it will not build up in the body, where regular Iodine will build up, is this true or not.
16 oz for $14.00 verses $11.00 for 1 oz
Are they the same or not?

If this is a health issue I think it would be to your best interest to consult a Doctor before you start to medicate yourself. Only a Doctor would know what dosage you required according to your age and weight or what would be an alternative methods of prescribing a different medication for your conditions.
