One-minute cure for what?

I have seen plenty of scams on the internet, but the laws of medical science make it clear that there is no actual cure for any ailment that takes only one minute.

Sounds like a complete scam to me. If such a thing really worked then it would be all over the news. I hear a lot of people saying that pharmaceutical  companies are holding back cures for aids, cancer etc but this is absolutly insane. The truth is if any company found the answers they would copyright it and become billionaires overnight.
