Does knitting yarn contain latex?

Contents are usually on the label.  I have never found any that does.

Some may, but it would be listed on the label.  The ones to watch out for are the ones listing in a foreign language.

Dear Donna aka Maya : My dictionary tells me latex is a milk sap that comes from plants and trees.  Much the same as the milk sap of the rubber producing tree. I know that latex is used in many manufacture products around the world. I would suppose latex could be added to wool for reasons I wouldn't know. Wool is an animal product (sheep.) used in the manufacture of clothing, yarns, and I would think a world of other manufactured goods.  Please don't think me a know all. I just thought perhaps I may gather another friend, rather than scatter a friend by mis-spelling, syntax, or words I may write that if taken out of context may individually offend, scatter, rather than gather a friend !...
