first Health Part D is a very bad company. My husband signed up with them at $8.80 per month with a ONE time late enrollment fee of 30 persent. They sent a coupon book for that amout but said we needed to pay the fee and saent another coupon book for $22.50. I returned that and tried to cancel with them and now I received a new coupon book for $4420. I sent this info. to our county D.A. who they would not tajk to at all. The D>A> said pretty phony.

If the matter still not resolve try going to the district or high court. That company might be fake . You should not trust on such company.
