Do you habitually eating sweets or always expose in pollution? That are the common cause of sore throats.

That's not really something that can be diagnosed over the Internet; there are numerous things that can cause recurring sore throat, from acid reflux to allergies or worse.  That's what doctors are for.

A sore throat could be caused by sinus drainage...if that IS the case...taking one Benedryl a night can lower your chances of infection and blow your nose when it runs.  If this doesn't help...please see a physician.

Good Luck.

When next you visit your primary care clinician or your dentist, ask her/him to describe the word pathogen. You will have a better understanding how good and bad flora co-exist in your systemic and internal organs. Everything begins with an atom and progresses to organs. Tweet me softly @cs33ca
