does "best" mean fastest, safest, or easiest? anyway, cardio is the best way to melt fat. so if your joints can take it try jogging; walking, however, is just as good!!! Dancing and swimming are even better.

unless its swimming or jogging, you want to start with AT LEAST 20 mins at least 3 days a week...it takes the body about 15 minutes to even get in the FAT burning zone...but any amount of time of cardio will boost your metabolism, so really do what you can..just try your hardest.

now if you think you can alter you DIET as WELL as incorporating your choice of cardio then you'll REALLY be on roll!

 

so the EASIEST, FASTEST way?......cut out the junk food (duh). now im not one for depriving oneself, but just try to snack on nuts and fruit itself. have you even tried your favorite cereal with nuts and fruit in yogurt? lol find anything that works with you but make it a point to incorporate foods high in MUFU (monounsaturate fats) they are good for your heart (who cares we're vain) and they actually help you BURN BAD FAT (who-hooo!)

then add as much cardio as u can manage..dance in front of a mirror with your mp3 player, swim, jump rope...whatever you can do for as long as you can do it for as often as you can do it

so throw in some MUFU and a lil cardio and your on your way!

the answer is quite simply, applying it not so much.  to lose weight the golden rule is use up more calories than you eat. it really is that simple.

doing so is the hard bit, before xmas i started going to the gym, this made me start thinking about if i wanted to actually lose any weight so the next time i was in a shop buying food i thought what do i want? there were loads of things that i felt in the mood for, this time i decided by looking at what had the fewest calories, the least fat and sugar.  this became a habit so now whenever i shop i just take a few seconds to look at the back of the item and you can cut out loads of calories without even realising or avoiding anything.

for example if you want a chocolate bar, take a few seconds to look at how many colories are in each one and you may find one of your favorites has much less than another, only have one instead of 2 or 3.  main meals, always add the veg first, put more on then you would usually have and reduce the potatoes or meat. 

this way you can keep on having everything you want, but just by looking at the content you pick a healthier option.

NEXT, burning off calories, if you can get out and do exercise. . . great, anything you enjoy will keep you motivated and keep it fun. if not there are still options.  take the stairs instead of the lift, park a bit further away from your work, or get off the bus or train a stop early and have a bit of a walk, head for a stroll on your lunchbreak, not only will this help you lose weight it will help you feel better getting fresh air and the heart pumping will do you the world of good.

remember there is no one thing that you can change to just get rid of weight (and keep it off) but lots of little changes that you will barely notice will add up.  a little more exercise most days and a little more care with your diet and not only will you lose weight, you will keep it off and be a lot healthier for it.
