Start every morning with a grapefruit - I liquidise mine and drink it on the way to work, - For your first day of weight loss, fast ! - follow that with a piece of fruit each three hours every alternate day. Normal, but small meals other alternate days. - Drink as much cold water as you can (at least 3-4 litres or a gallon ) a day. - Exercise for at least 30 minutes , gym, walk or bike - but something where you will sweat ! - Be ruthless with snacks -NONE unless they are fruit, veggies or nuts. - Totally cut out chips, candy, chocolate, pop !

don't eat junk food after supper, go for a walk instead. if you have to eat while watching tv, eat standing up. you'll eat less and eat healthy. try it it worked for me
Yes, I can do some of the things but i cn peform only one task among Exercise for at least 30 minutes , gym, walk or bik. Is the only exercise for 30 minutes are enough among all these.
