I would like to know if anyone knows of a natural product that will shrink a swollen prostate and used it yourself ? Thank you.

Don't know of any natural products to help. I say go to the doctor an get a PSA test done. If your prostate is enlarged Finasteride may help by shrinking it. Also eating cooked tomatoes reduces the risk of prostate cancer. They have a high content of lycopene, an anti-oxidant. You can also eat broccoli, cabbage, soybeans and carrots. But, you still need to go to the doctor. Good luck.
