Take the banana peel and rub it in your teeth for 10 min. your teeth will become whiten.

Actually, ammoniated tooth powder does the best job.  It tastes nasty but it is cheap and it works.  Tooth brightening films don't really whiten your teeth: they make them a bit bluer.  If your teeth are yellow from age or smoking, then you can wind up with olive green teeth.  Worse they will be a lot more brittle, and sometimes may need to be devitalized or extracted.

Ammoniated tooth powder takes several months but it will work if you use it twice daily and floss with the tooth powder still in your mouth.
