Does anybody know of any professional people who may be able to help me with my tinnitus in the Las Vegas area?   Doctors, ear specialists, hypnotists?  Or any suggestions as to where to begin in finding HELP!!!!

Gino,  Try a hearing aid.  My mother in law has tinnitus, and the doctor had her get a hearing aid, even though her hearing is fine.  It helps with the tinnitus.
