You might find a lawyer who would take the case, but you can expect to lose your job and be blacklisted for suing your employer.

You might not win, depending on what benefit was denied.  What did you want?  Gender change?

You agreed to your insurance when you hired on with your employer.  What makes you think your employer is even remotely responsible for what your insurance company won't pay for?
