Harleys vs Indians

What motorcycle would you choose if you had the choise and why, a Harley or an Indian and what model would you most like to have.

I've owned several Harleys, a few Triumphs and a few other obscure brands. I'd go with the Harley or a Triumph. If the Indian was an older original Indian, hell yeah I'd go for it. But the newer Indians aren't genuine Indians to me. I might, however, consider a Vincent. Either an original Black Shadow or one of the new Vincent motorcycles.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

The scooter you see me on in the pic is my 2001 HD FLHTCUI (Electra-Glide Ultra Classic). 

Sweet ride, I gotta say.  But don't expect it to be a hot rod.  It was built for long haul cruising, which it does great!  6-speed trans comes standard, but I rarely use 6th gear.  Engage it only over 75 MPH, and few roads allow that except in Montana and Wyoming (even then, check!)

I looked at Indian Chief in 2001, sweet bike I gotta say, but it was more money than HD and didn't have the class. 

Victory puts out some sweet rides, too.  But folks, I'm gonna stick with my Harley.

I wonder if there is a less intelligent form of life than brainless leftists?

Actually, if I was going to get another bike right now, I have to ay I'd get one of the new Can Am Spyder Roadsters. It's a kick ass machine to start with, and I'd love to see how it could be customized.

Got Linda and me a 1999 and a 2001 HD Road King.  Mine's black, hers is yellow.  Might not have too much else but we got tasty scooters.

Sorry to have to tell you, but I don't know HD golf carts are all that collectable. We never get 'em here, but we work on HD bikes and heavy equipment. I guess it's worth what ever some body is willing to give you for it. Put it on www.Craigslist.com and find out what it gets.
