Harden industries

I need a diverter for a Harden hand held shower attachment. When I turn on the shower, the attachment makes a horrible noise and it takes a lot of effort to pull it back to stop the noise. Are these parts still made? I couldn't find any seial number, but it is far from new.

Harden is still in business.  You could ask any certified plumber in your area to order you the correct parts and they can install it.  You could contact Harden yourself, but everything considered, it is much easier to have your own plumber get you the parts and then have him install them.  Some times shower parts are interchangeable.  He will know........Joyce
