Discuss Southern 7162's answer to: What happens after we die?

Do you believe in past lives or reincarnation? Is the next life in this world or in heaven (or hell, but I don't want to think about that!). Or is the current life all we have?

What could we learn on the second trip through earth that we did not learn the first, especially since we come here without any memories whatsoever? Would that not be like having an old woman repeat the first grade once a year?

When we graduate this class, we go to other classwork, in another classroom.

That one will not be here.

well put Southern. Also, if there are 6.5 billions souls on earth now, where were they when the earth had say 6.5 million? The majority will always have to be "new souls" as the population grows exponentially.

What makes you think that the number of bodies determines the number of souls? There are an infinite number of souls out there that have not tasted the miseries of mortality and are unproven. We come here to prove ourselves a few at a time. Consider this your degree program in Mortality.

Not everyone will get to go to college. Of those who go, not everyone will graduate. Even those who graduate Magna Cum Laude may never get a job. Life, college, and career, all boil down to faith.

Your atheist errors have to go. Just agreeing with me about God's existence and the existence of eternal spirits will not complete your coursework or write your thesis.

You will have to take one course you are afraid of to get your degree in mortality. You will have to take a chance on faith and that will meet the degree committee's requirement for graduation.
