well the judge said that it was ok because he made up some kind of crap about saying that I told him the appointment had been cancelled.  I am having serious issues because he has a job where his father and him have covered up for each other over and over and I have proven my case to the judge several times that he has lied over and over and still I feel like I am getting rear ended.

I am assuming up until this point you have represented your case in front of the judge on your own. If after having proven your case the judge has done nothing, it may be time to hire an attorney to fight your case out in court and at the same time, have the attorney file for fees so that you are not forced to cover all the attorney expenses. Good luck.

I assume that your attorney, who knows all the facts, has answered this question. I would appreciate knowing what he or she said. It would seem that you are entitled to a default judgement in your favor. But I don't know all the facts.
