I checked and the character of "Matt Rutherford" is not listed in any episodes of season 2.  Also it says he has a movie coming.  Either he was released from Glee to pursue a movie career, or Glee ousted him from the show, thinking that nobody would notice.

Matt Rutherford did 13 shows http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0161769/

Played by  (Dijon Talton)

You might know him as Matt Rutherford, Glee's first season resident non-talker alongside Mike Chang. In reality, he's Dijon Talton, an actor and dancer who is no longer on the show. Sorry, fans! There is some good news though: Dijon's got a new movie coming out and there's a trailer!

Called I Will Follow, it's a new indie drama that doesn't feature much singing or dancing. Too bad, Dijon. You'll be missed on Glee!

I don't wish to be argumentative ,but I disagree with the Islamic belief that I should be killed! " If radical atheists decided they needed to kill believers to ensure their place in nothingness, I'd be criticizing that too."

What would happen if appeals was eliminated from the system as a whole

I assume you mean appeals in criminal trials. Disaster would happen. Procedural errors are made in trials that have nothing to do with the guilt or non guilt of the person being tried but can bias a trial so badly that it must be held again. New evidence, or a counter to evidence ...
