She didn't struggle with drug abuse. It was easy for her. She struggled with not doing drugs. About as big a surprise as Amy 'screw rehab' Winehouse's death. And Whitney probably died from the same thing. Abuse your body long enough and it shuts down.

I don't really remember anything in particular about her except her bad behavior. She really didn't do my kind of music.

What all these people in the public eye, think they are excluded from moral behavior. So special that their money and fame makes them untouchable.

I would say nothing against the dead.  We will all join them eventually.  Her family must be in tears owing to the loss of a loved one.

Let us remember the bereaved with compassion.  I have heard some of her songs.  They were beautiful indeed.

Good lord, do you Obama haters just HAVE to take every opportunity you can to spew your vicious demented bile? I mean, come on, this post had nothing to do with politics, yet here you are, slandering the president again. No wonder our country is so screwed up. They said she partied hard the night before her death. Drinking etc. She was found in her bathtub at the Hilton. They also found prescription drugs in the room as well.

What happened to Whitney is what happens to the very rich, the very poor, black, white, smart, average, good looking, not so good looking. 

DRUGS is what happened to Whitney. And people will continue to use drugs.  And more will die that never make headlines.  And more will die that make headlines, but people will continue to use them.  So sad. 

I will remember her songs, but mostly I will remember a beautiful lady who ruined herself with the use of drugs.
