LED soft light is not bright reason, what causes it?

You need to have a look whether it is a question:

1 check the soft light power line is reversed.

2 check the soft light power line is connected firmly, whether the contact is undesirable

3 check the switching power supply is normal, the output voltage and power and soft light voltage and power whether pairing.
