it is half whole milk and half cream... for those who want their coffee a bit creamier than whole milk alone gives, but without all the fat that using just cream gives.

Its half milk and half cream. Its less fattening then pure cream.

It is equal parts milk and cream and must be 10 to 12 per cent fat. It cannot be whipped like whipping cream but is richer than whole milk.
