Every winter my hair breaks off at the nap of my ...

every winter my hair breaks off at the nap of my neck and sometimes goes as far up as above my ears.( imagine what a cesar looks like) in the past i have tried a few tracks to protect it from breaking off but find that style does not give me the versatility to wear my hair up or in ponytails. are there any methods of weaving i can try that will give me the versatility im looking for but still protect my own hair from breakage due to rubbing on my collar and scarf?

do you have dry hair. you might have a thyroid promblem . i lose hair ( alot ) everytime i brush my hair, but my hair is very long. past my sholders. have you asked a doctor about this. we need more information to be able to answer but you know more about your symtoms. go to www.best4health.net and you will be able to get a answer there i am sure.
