as a hairdresser, I would NOT recommend anyone using a flat iron and passing it over your ends several times. over time, this will do more damage to the ends of your hair then you wont be worrying about frizz, you'll be worrying about why your hair is all broken half way up the shaft.

Thank you for the advice. I have a flat iron, but don't use it too often. Now I will even rethink the times that i do.
