The Springs throughout our State.  There are several times of the year you can see them.  You can take excursions into their favorite places.  I did it with my son they are so gentle and curious if you are quiet and patient they come right up under you.  The little ones push you and you can rub them.

Saddest thing is the motor marks on the older manatees.  Floridians love their fast motor boats more than their Springs and they will let you have it good if you suggest they stay outa the Spring heads and on the rivers and oceans.

I find them to be obnoxious and the Air Boaters more so.

Loud, rough and drunken bastards who have a few Congressmen and Senators in their pockets.

I kyak but given the opportunity I give it back to them.
