Be true to yourself and the right guy will notice you. If you know what you want and are confident in who you are then you will attract the right kinds of guys and find your match. Good luck!

Do something, say things, wave your arms in the air.  Why do you want them to notice you?  If you get their attention, what are you going to do with it?  Dress to be noticed.  A costume is great to start a conversation without seeming forward.  I've worn devil horns in public and generated many conversations initiated by the opposite sex.  Be yourself in a unique way that shows off your interests, if you're looking for a serious relationship.  You want someone who likes the things you do before you tell them they have to.  So enter a contest with an audience for whatever your hobby is.

The simplest thing is to just pick your victim and walk over and start talking.

Dito on profitbob's answer.... simply say hello, casually... and make contacts in areas that interest you.. if you're athletic then talk to the jocks you'll have things in common..

Just be yourself.  If you like to have fun, show it. There may be someone that does notice you.  Guys that do notice you are often to "shy" (term used loosely) to talk to you... i mean no one likes rejection.  But i think that if you be yourself that someone is bound to notice.  Don't strive for attention, sometimes people can see that.   If you just have fun in groups of people and try to not get this person or some person to notice you they might surprise you.  Also try dressing up, or a new style; that you're comfortable with, one that someone doesn't expect to see you in.  Finally I agree with the previous answers, just try talking to them... I was an extremely introverted person and couldn't talk to anyone, but thanks to my extrovert friends, I was talking to people in no time.  It is worth it to just go up to someone no matter how scary it seems.  Good Luck!
