I think you can find them anywhere! The thing is to be brave enough to send some good signals for then to understand. Go out party, bars after a while you'll be able to tell the difference between a cute one and an ordinary one. You can also start by looking online on the various dating sites this way you can get to know the person before meeting him.

Hi Kamryn ,  You can find them anywhere and everywhere .  You are 18 years old , are you in school have a job ? Do you belong to any clubs , organizations or a church ?  Go out with your friends and just look around , they are out there .  Good Luck !
