Okay so I have liked this guy for at least 2 years. My besty asked him out for me and he said no! I need advice!! HELLLP!!!!!!!

It is always better to do your own asking.  He may have seen you getting your best frind to talk to him as very immature.  You can't make someone like you.  I really think you should start looking for someone else.  He isn't interested.
