You should be able to find .22 caliber ammunition any where that sells ammunition including sporting goods stores, gun shops, and Walmart. That' the most common and cheapest form of ammunition available.

.22 special ammo, also known as .22 Winchester RimFire or .22WRF has actually made a comeback, and last i checked Cabelas has it in stock-

It fires 22-250 Remington.It's an odd ball round.You can get a box on-line.
