Gun Laws and McDonald v. Chicago

It's a good thing. You can't take all the guns from the criminals, so it makes no sense to take them away from law abiding citizens.

The gun ban was the most backwards move yet. It's a step in the right direction. I for one, will never surrender my right to bare arms,regardless.

It doesn't bother me that 5 justices voted in favor of McDonald. It bothers me more that 4 justices voted against him. What does BHO have in store for us in our future? Scary!

Agreed HChavez I read all the dissenting opinions except for Sotomayar and I couldn't find hers. Looked to me like for the most part the dissenters believe the Constitution states it is up to the individual states to protect it's citizens and NOT the right of private citizens to protect themselves.

Better to have packed a 45 than to be feet under by a 45.

Good show and absolutely correct.  We have the right to bear arms and alot of other things that Obama is stepping on. 

May Kagen crash and burn as she should before we get a bunch of left wing loons on the Supreme Court who will knock the Constitution into oblivion. 

In God, country and our own strengths do we stand, have now and will til DEATH DO US PART.

The fact that Obama favors Muslim terrorist training in our nation is unsettling but even worse, know that HR-45 is the law.

If your life is under threat, if you have suffered an act of domestic violence in your home, if you have been assaulted or raped or anything else that a sideram in your possession could have prevented, then know that Obama and his lackeys want you to be fair game and it is open season.

I say it is time to clean House . . . and Senate.  Do so with recall elections, at the polls, as law abiding citizens who will NOT give up our Constitutional rights!
