Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could tell me where I could find a green fruit with lots of spikes oround it called the GUANABANA it comes in different sizes. I read it comes manely from Mexico and South America, they use it as a natural cure for cancer. If you have any info it would be greatly apriciated. thanks,
